Since the 2013 academic year, the Department of Human Resource Management and Development has been renamed from the Department of Management Science (93-94) to the Department of Human Resource
Development. It is now in its 16th year of providing students with professional theories and practices of human resource management and development while upholding the core concept of "professionalism, value, and humanity” to grow and prosper.
The department currently includes four technical and master classes, 10 full-time teachers and 1 part-time teacher. There are 4 classes in the university department and 2 classes in the master class.
