Human resources have always been a significant source of competitive advantage for Taiwan. In the future, it will be built on the specialization and division of labor of large-scale organizations, the strategic planning required for globalization, and the vigorous development of the service industry. Organizations require more high-quality and suitable human resources to create advantages and value.

The goal of the department is to prepare and develop well-trained professionals in the area of human resource management and development while focusing on the value and quality of humanities, which attaches great importance to the professional sensitivity to "human nature", and combines methods and technologies related to HRM such as selection, employment, education, retention, and human resource development

Combining theoretical and practical knowledge, the department effectively collaborates with external human resource practitioners to create a seamless path for students to enter the workforce more expeditiously and better align them with the industry needs in this competitive world
