The goal of the department is to prepare and develop well-trained professionals in the area of human resource management and development while focusing on the value and quality of humanities, which attaches great importance to the professional sensitivity to "human nature", and combines methods and technologies related to HRM such as selection, employment, education, retention, and human resource development
